Accommodations
The accommodations are made only for the number of people indicated in the description and only for 1 vehicle. Our prices include water, electricity and gaz. You can rent pillow cases and bed sheets (when you book or when you check-in depending on the availability) and it costs 12 euros per pers. Finally if you do not want to worry about the cleaning, we can take care of it at the end of your stay for a fee of 60 euros.
Arrival / Departure
In July and August, rentals are for arrival on either Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday (subject to availability). Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures before 10 am. Outside this period, overnight rentals are possible with a free choice of arrival and departure days. The rental is subject to an inventory of fixtures on arrival – any anomaly must be reported to us within 24 hours – and on departure by both parties. Any discrepancy will be invoiced.
Cleaning
It is required to clean the accommodation on your last day. Floors must be swept and washed, blankets and mat covers removed from the bed, bins must be empty and clean. Please also remember to clean the coffee machine, microwave, fridge, stovetop and cutleries. In order to respect the next guest, we will carefully inspect the bathroom and toilets (the plug hole must be washed and placed upside-down in the shower).
Booking
The reservation becomes effective only after our agreement and the reception of the rental contract duly completed and signed (paper or internet), accompanied by a deposit representing 25 % of the total amount of the rental + 12 € of file fees and possibly the amount of the subscription of the cancellation insurance camp covered (optional) for a cost of 3 % of the cost of the stay. You will receive confirmation of your booking within a week, either by post or by e-mail.
For mobile-homes: the outstanding amount must be paid in full 30 days before your check-in and without any reminder from the camping. In case this amount was not received on time, we will then cancel your reservation and the deposit will be held by the camping “Moulin du Bleufond”. For bookings made less than 30 days before the check-in, we will ask you to pay the full amount.
Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
Deposit
A deposit/guarantee of 300 euros will be asked during the check-in and gave back to you at the end of your stay (and after the inspection handover). It includes :
• 240 € for any possible damages in the accommodation (loss, breakage, damage to equipment)
• 60 € for cleaning costs (if not done by yourself)
The camping has the right to keep this deposit in case of any damages or/and to cover the cleaning costs if the accommodation is left unclean.
